Slack SSL Certificate Expiry Alerts
Email alerts get read when someone opens email. If your team lives in Slack, that's where the alert needs to go.
Expiron connects to any Slack workspace via Incoming Webhook — the same method Slack uses for most tool integrations. You generate a webhook URL in Slack, paste it into Expiron's notification settings, and alerts go to whatever channel you pick. No bots to install, no OAuth flows, no Slack app approval.
SSL expiry alerts show up with the domain name, expiry date, and days remaining. On Pro you configure which alert intervals are active — the same schedule applies to both email and Slack.
Document expiry alerts work the same way — contractor insurance, certifications, licenses. One Slack channel, all your monitoring.
- Connects via Incoming Webhook — paste the URL into settings, done. No bot installation, no Slack app approval.
- Alerts include domain name, expiry date, and days remaining. Critical alerts (7 days or fewer) are formatted to stand out.
- Configurable alert intervals on Pro — set which of the 60/30/14/7/1-day triggers are active. Both email and Slack receive the same alerts.
