Contractor Insurance and License Expiry Tracking
The general contractor asks for proof of current insurance. You send the COI. They come back — it expired three weeks ago. The sub didn't mention it, and nobody was tracking it. Project stops.
Expiron handles this by reading the actual documents. Upload a COI or license as a PDF, the AI pulls out the expiry date, and it goes into the dashboard automatically. No manual date entry.
Alerts come in at 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before anything expires. You can organize everything by contractor — when a GC asks about sub coverage, you're in the right folder in 30 seconds.
- AI reads the COI PDF and extracts the expiry date automatically — no spreadsheet, no manual entry.
- Organize documents by contractor using client management — every subcontractor's coverage status is one filter away.
- Alerts at 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before coverage lapses, to email or Slack.
